Player Accommodations
Accommodation requests must be submitted by email to the players Age Group Coordinator before the start of Evaluations. Requests will be reviewed under the following conditions:
Same-household/blended family situations with transportation constraints.
Players with severe mental/physical conditions requiring “play down.” Subject to providing a doctors note.
Exposing younger kids to the game (e.g. U11’s with little basketball experience who want to play with their friends on lower-ranked teams.)
Requests to “play up” will not be reviewed or approved.
For same-household/blended family driven requests, approval will only be given if siblings end up placed two (or fewer) levels apart. In all cases, the higher-ranked sibling must move down.
