Proof of Age & Registration Details
For registration to be complete, a copy of the player Birth Certificate must be provided.
A player's registration will not be accepted or considered complete until the Birth Certificate has been uploaded into the player profile (even if payment has been made) which, after registration closes, could result in being placed on a waitlist.
Players must register in their designated age group (no "play-ups" to older age groups or "play-downs" to younger age groups).
Any attempt to forge or adjust the players actual Date of Birth, upon review and decision by SSBA and CMBA, will result in the automatic and indefinite suspension of the player from playing in any current or future CMBA zone.
Evaluations
SSBA Evaluations are held by Age Group with the U18 groups starting in early September, followed by U15 the week after, and so on. All Age Groups will be completed before the end of September
Registered players/parents will be contacted via email by their Age Group Coordinator with dates and locations of the evaluation sessions.
Parents are NOT PERMITTED in the gym during evaluations.
Accommodation requests can be made by the parent/guardian and will be considered for two scenarios:
If players are part of a blended family or live in the same household and have been placed no more than two teams apart (top player plays down)
If a player is medically or physically handicapped and cannot play in the category assigned by birth year. A physicians note must be provided.
